Returns Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

·       Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

·       With all tags attached and any accessories or packaging included

·       Free from signs of wear, scent, or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender.

Returns Policy

At Lethemeory, we offer exchange or credit note only on all full-priced online purchases.
We do not offer refunds unless the item is assessed as faulty.

·       'Final Sale' items, bodysuits, and swimwear are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.

·       You have 21 days from the fulfilment date to initiate a return. Items returned outside this window will be sent back to you.

Sale Return Policy

·       Items marked 40% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited unless faulty.

·       Items marked under 40% off may be exchanged for another size or style (if available), or issued a credit note.
